Airports by ICAO

General Description

In order to control flight logs in DigiMAINT™, data on all airports in the operator´s flightplan must be recorded.

This screen displays the airport record list by Airport Codes.

Explanation of Columns

Airport ICAO Code - The ICAO-Code of the airport.

NOTE: The ICAO airport code or location indicator is a four-letter alphanumeric code designating each airport around the world. These codes are defined by the International Civil Aviation Organization, and published in ICAO Document 7910: Location Indicators.

Type - the following icons are used to indicate the nature of the applicable airport:

  • indicates an Airport or
  • indicates an Helicopter Airport.
  • Airport Name - The name of the airport.

    City - State (Country) - The city, state and country code where the airport is located.

    NOTE: DigiMAINT™ will display the ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 Country Codes.
    ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 codes are three-letter country codes in the ISO 3166-1 standard to represent countries and dependent areas. They are published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as part of its ISO 3166 standard.

    Elevation - The field elevation in Feet.

    CAT/RAT - Indicates the Category/Rating:

  • "Unknown", or
  • "Precision", or
  • "Non precision".
  • Frequencies - Position the mouse on the icon to display the Communication frequencies of the subject ICAO airport with the existing Radio Comm/Nav facilities.

    Airport Remarks - Any remark concerning this airport, such as: bird danger, High FOD(Foreign Object Damage) possibility etc.

    Flight Service Phone - Flight Service Phone number of this airport.

    ... search for an airport record by ICAO Airport Code.

  • Enter the full or partial ICAO Airport Code in the applicable search field, and
  • Press the "Enter" key, or
  • Press the "Tab" key, or
  • Click the "Airport ICAO Code" link, or
  • Click the Search "Search" icon.
  • ... search for an airport record by Airport Name.

  • Enter the full or partial Airport Name in the applicable search field, and
  • Press the "Enter" key, or
  • Press the "Tab" key, or
  • Click the "Airport Name" link, or
  • Click the Search "Search" icon.
  • ... search for an airport record by Airport City.

  • Enter the full or partial Airport City applicable search field, and
  • Press the "Enter" key, or
  • Press the "Tab" key, or
  • Click the "City" link, or
  • Click the Search "Search" icon.
  • ... sort the columns:

  • Click on the icon to sort the Table Ascending by the corresponding Column.
  • Click on the icon to sort the Table Descending by the corresponding Column.
  • Menu Options

    Menu Option "File":

  • add: to add a new Flight Log record,
  • change: to modify a Flight Log record, or
  • delete: to delete a Flight Log record.
  • The Menu Option "Reports" contains various reports associated with Airport records.
