Maintenance Due List (Report)

 

0.      Introduction

The Maintenance Due List provides an overview of all fitted parts, inspections, services and SB/AD's that are due at projected hours, landings/cycles, or months.

2.      Execution

The Maintenance Due List contains:

§      Date and time of the report,

§      Aircraft registration,

§      Abbreviation of the applicable clock, aircraft type or assembly part number,

§      Serial number of aircraft or assembly,

§      ATA chapter for which the Maintenance Due List is printed,

§      Assembly keyword and description,

§      Actual hours and landings/cycles of the applicable clock,

§      Projected hours and landings/cycles, period for which the Maintenance Due List is projected,

§      Number of open discrepancies,

§      Part number of the due part, suffix service letter or # sign if the part is out of stock,

§      Serial number applicable to the part (in case of ATA chapters 05, 98, and 99 then this is the serial number of the airframe or assembly),

§      Keyword,

§      Description, 

§      Reference, 

§      Location,

§      assy last done time, assy last done landings/cycles, and assy last done date,

§      assy due time, assy due landings/cycles, or assy due date,

§      A/C due time, A/C due landings/cycles, and

§      ATA chapter.

An  * after the due time, due landings/cycles, or due date indicates that the life limit of the part has been reached.

For the parts that are out of stock (marked with a # sign) automatically a "Maintenance Reorder Schedule From Due List" report will be printed. This report contains:

§      Date and time of the report,

§      Aircraft registration,

§      Abbreviation of the applicable clock, aircraft type or assembly part number,

§      Serial number of aircraft or assembly,

§      ATA chapter for which the Maintenance Due List is printed,

§      Assembly keyword and description,

§      Actual hours and landings/cycles of the applicable clock,

§      Projected hours and landings/cycles,

§      Period for which the Maintenance Due List is projected,

§      Number of open discrepancies,

§      Part to be ordered,

§      Keyword,

§      Description,

§      Vendor codes of the last three vendors, and

§      The quantity to order.

 

The Maintenance Due List report can be generated:

§      With discrepancies,

§      With sign off's,

§      For all aircraft,

§      With work completion forms, and

§      If JCN transactions are created.

 

The hours, landings, engine cycles, months, ATA chapter, APU hours, and APU landings for the projection can be entered.

 

 

2.1 How to print the Maintenance Due List?

 

Start at the "DigiMAINT™ Main Menu" window.

Click on "Maint/Material Management"

Click on "Aircraft Inventory"

The "Aircraft Inventory by Part Number" window is displayed.

Click "Reports"

 

4.

Click "Maintenance Due List"

The "Maintenance Due List" window is displayed.

a.

Include Discrepancies

Select "Yes" to include the open discrepancies for the applicable aircraft or "No" if not.

b.

Print Due List with Sign-off's

Select "Yes" to print the due list with sign-off fields or "No" if not.

c.

Projections for All Aircrafts

Select "Yes" to print Maintenance Due Lists for all aircraft in your system, or "no" if not.

d.

Print WCF's

Select "Yes" to print Work Completion Forms or "No" if not.

e.

Create JCN Transactions

Select "Yes" if all applicable maintenance actions on the maintenance due list are to be transferred to a Job or "No" if not.
If "Yes", enter the applicable Job Control Number or click on the "?"-button to display the "Open JCN for XXXXX" pop-up window.
Click on the Job Number to select the correct Job.

 

Enter Projected:

Hours

Enter the amount of flight hours for the maintenance due list projection.

Landings

Enter the amount of landings for the maintenance due list projection.

h.

Eng Cycles

Enter the amount of engine cycles for the maintenance due list projection.

i.

Months

Enter the number of months for the maintenance due list projection.

j.

ATA Chapter

Enter the applicable ATA chapter or leave blank to select ALL ATA chapters.

k.

APU Hours

Enter the amount of APU hours for the maintenance due list projection.

l.

APU Ldgs

Enter the amount of APU cycles for the maintenance due list projection.

5.

Print Report to

Select the printer where the report shall be printed.
Note: Select printer "Your Screen" to pre-view the report on screen before printing the report.

6.

Click on "Print Report to" to generate the report.
