SB/AD Status Report

 

0.      Introduction

The SB/AD Status Report provides an overview on the status of all Approved Data (Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, etc.) attached to a specific aircraft and/or assembly.

 

1.      Requirements

Transport Canada

 

 

2.      Execution

The “SB/AD Status Report” contains detailed information on the status of Approved Data allocated to a specific aircraft registration or assembly.

 

 

2.1 How to print the standard SB/AD Status via Aircraft Inventory?

 

Start at the "DigiMAINT™ Main Menu" window.

 

1.

Click on "Maint/Material Management"

 

2.

Click on "Aircraft Inventory"

The "Aircraft Inventory by Part Number" window is displayed.

3.

Click "Reports"

 

4.

Click "SB/AD Status"

The "AD & SB Status" window is displayed.

a.

Repeat

Select "(All records)"

b.

Start Date

Enter the start date for the period or click on the "?"-button to display the "Start Date" pop-up window.
Click on the correct date to select the date.

c.

End Date

Enter the end date for the period or click on the "?"-button to display the "Start Date" pop-up window.
Click on the correct date to select the date.

7.

Print Report to

Select the printer where the report shall be printed.
Note: Select printer "Your Screen" to pre-view the report on screen before printing the report.

8.

Click on "Print Report to" to generate the report.

 

 

2.2 How to print the standard SB/AD Status via Aircraft Inventory - SB/AD Status?

 

Start at the "DigiMAINT™ Main Menu" window.

 

1.

Click on "Maint/Material Management"

 

2.

Click on "Aircraft Inventory"

The "Aircraft Inventory by Part Number" window is displayed.

3.

Click on "Options"

 

4.

Click on "SB/AD Status"

The "SB/AD Status" window is displayed.

5.

Click on "Goto"

 

6.

Click on "All SB's & AD's"

The "SB & AD Status Display by SB/AD Number" is displayed.

7.

Click "Reports"

 

8.

Click "Status Report"

The "AD & SB Status" window is displayed.

a.

Repeat

Select "(All records)"

b.

Start Date

Enter the start date for the period or click on the "?"-button to display the "Start Date" pop-up window.
Click on the correct date to select the date.

c.

End Date

Enter the end date for the period or click on the "?"-button to display the "Start Date" pop-up window.
Click on the correct date to select the date.

9.

Print Report to

Select the printer where the report shall be printed.
Note: Select printer "Your Screen" to pre-view the report on screen before printing the report.

10.

Click on "Print Report to" to generate the report.

 

 

2.3 How to print the abbreviated SB/AD Status via Aircraft Inventory - SB/AD Status ?

 

Start at the "DigiMAINT™ Main Menu" window.

 

1.

Click on "Maint/Material Management"

 

2.

Click on "Aircraft Inventory"

The "Aircraft Inventory by Part Number" window is displayed.

3.

Click on "Options"

 

4.

Click on "SB/AD Status"

The "SB/AD Status" window is displayed.

5.

Click on "Goto"

 

6.

Click on "All SB's & AD's"

The "SB & AD Status Display by SB/AD Number" is displayed.

7.

Click "Reports"

 

8.

Click "Abbreviated Status Report"

The "AD & SB Status" window is displayed.

a.

Select Items to Print

Select "(All records)" or

b.

Select Repetive/Non Repeat

Select "(All records)" or

c.

Start Date

Enter the start date for the period or click on the "?"-button to display the "Start Date" pop-up window.
Click on the correct date to select the date.

d.

End Date

Enter the end date for the period or click on the "?"-button to display the "Start Date" pop-up window.
Click on the correct date to select the date.

 

 

-or leave items a. to d. BLANK to select ALL.

9.

Print Report to

Select the printer where the report shall be printed.
Note: Select printer "Your Screen" to pre-view the report on screen before printing the report.

10.

Click on "Print Report to" to generate the report.
